Product Ecosystem, Packaging & Partner Enablement
Developed an integrated product and communications system for Microsoft Learning designed to help Gold Learning Partners promote training, explain evolving certification pathways, and create a consistent Microsoft experience across sales, classroom, and customer-facing environments. The work translated complex certification programs into clear, usable materials that partners could deploy across multiple touchpoints.
Product & Packaging Ecosystem
Developed the Microsoft Learning Partner kit and supporting product system spanning packaging, certification roadmaps, brochures, tip cards, posters, door hangers, mousepads, window graphics, floor banners, flyers, and partner-facing materials. Created a cohesive visual and information system that could accommodate multiple certification paths while maintaining consistency across formats and environments. The Gold Learning Partner kit brought these elements together as a physical product designed for deployment by Microsoft training partners.
Certification, Information Design & Campaign System Translated complex Microsoft certification structures into clear visual journeys for IT professionals and training partners, including MCSE, MCSA, Private Cloud, Business Intelligence, and Database certification pathways. Developed materials that clarified progression from Associate to Expert and Master levels and helped audiences understand prerequisites, exams, training options, and advancement paths. The broader campaign system extended across sales sheets, web banners, certification presentations, video, and other partner marketing assets.
Impact Created a scalable product and partner-marketing ecosystem that gave Microsoft Learning Partners a consistent way to explain certification, promote training, and bring the Microsoft Learning experience into their own environments. The resulting system connected physical product, packaging, information design, partner communications, and campaign assets into one coordinated experience—making an increasingly complex certification portfolio easier to understand, promote, and use.
