T-Mobile | AMP Leadership Development Program


Led the strategic development and creative execution of AMP, an internal leadership development initiative designed to support employee growth and advancement across T-Mobile.


Partnered with senior stakeholders to define the program’s positioning, messaging framework, and narrative structure. Named the program, authored the core script, and established the visual identity, including logo and brand system adopted across training materials and internal communications.


Directed and produced the flagship program video, including narration, animation, and full post-production, creating a cohesive storytelling asset used to introduce and reinforce the AMP initiative throughout the organization.

Seafair | 75th Anniversary Blues Brand Identity and Broadcast Campaign

Led the development of the commemorative brand identity for Seafair’s 75th Anniversary of the Blues, one of Seattle’s most iconic and widely recognized civic events.

Directed the creation of the custom anniversary logo and established the visual language used across broadcast and promotional materials. Led the concept, animation, and production of the official television spot and broadcast segment open, delivering a cohesive visual narrative that honored the event’s legacy while reinforcing its continued cultural relevance.

Oversaw motion design, animation, and post-production through final broadcast delivery, ensuring a polished, network-ready presentation aligned with the stature of the Seafair brand.

T-Mobile | Military Appreciation Campaign Featuring EVP Mike Katz

Led the creative development and production of a military appreciation video featuring EVP Mike Katz, created to honor veterans and reinforce T-Mobile’s commitment to the military community.


Directed the narrative, visual approach, and overall creative execution, ensuring the piece authentically reflected both the leadership voice and the significance of the message. Designed and developed the full supporting visual ecosystem, including campaign graphics, branded materials, and commemorative swag to extend the initiative beyond the video itself.


Oversaw concept development, design, production, and final delivery, creating a cohesive and meaningful internal campaign that celebrated veterans while strengthening organizational culture and recognition.

Defined the brand architecture, messaging systems, and environmental implementations designed to align employee experience with corporate identity across headquarters, operational locations, and external recruitment environments.


Led the creation of scalable brand systems including environmental graphics, corporate heritage installations, internal communications platforms, and resource infrastructure such as the Alaskapedia internal brand and communications portal. 


These initiatives translated Alaska Airlines’ brand values into tangible, daily employee touchpoints, reinforcing cultural alignment, organizational pride, and brand continuity throughout the enterprise.

Developed brand guidebooks, training systems, and experiential programs enabling employees to internalize and represent the brand consistently across global customer interactions.
